Heather McGowan
Heather is President and Owner of Natural Solutions, a Registered, Licensed Dietitian as well as a ServSafe Instructor/Proctor. Heather has worked in long-term care for most of her professional care, providing both clinical and food service expertise. Concerned with Food Safety, Heather began teaching Food Safety in 2002. She teaches a customized Food Safety training that prepares you for the ServSafe Manager Exam.
Heather’s favorite mottos have created a business style that helps her offer unique and custom services.
“Have wheels, will travel”. Services are offered through out New England, further if requested. Heather enjoys taking the Food Safety course on the road and is willing to travel to most corners of the country.
“Food is my passion”. This passion is what drives Heather to create customized nutrition plans, unique recipes and gives her the keen eye that spots food safety violations quickly. Being gluten and corn intolerant she understands difficult and challenging dietary needs and enjoys the challenge of helping clients reach their health goals. Utilizing the Eat Right 4 Your Type Diet/Lifestyle plan Heather is able to help you create a plan that works for you.
