The ServSafe Manager Training & Exam can now be completed 100% REMOTELY. We have recorded the classroom instruction onto a Zoom platform for you to view at your home or office. If purchased, your course book, will be mailed directly to you. The course book should be reviewed and referenced as you watch the videos.

- Food Safety instruction via Zoom recordings – 6 mini sessions covering the instruction you would normally receive in class.
- A Review – which will be helpful to watch prior to taking the exam.
- “A picture is worth a 1,000 words” recording which shows you what NOT to do – this is a slideshow from my years of being called into failing businesses.
- Recent updates not included in the recordings.
